Runscope Raises $6M Series A
Just one year after launch, Heavybit member company Runscope has raised a $6 million Series A round led by General Catalyst. Runscope has seen huge demand for their API debugging and testing tools with tens of thousands of developers and APIs on the platform. With this new round of funding, the founders John Sheehan and Frank Stratton, are taking the product line into the enterprise with the recently-announced Runscope Enterprise — an on-premise deployment that works behind the firewall.
