Sales Enablement & Onboarding Office Hours: JJ Kass

JJ Kass is currently the Head of Dev Programs at Dropbox, responsible for the end to end experience of Dropbox’s more than 500,000 3rd-party developers, including enablement, education, communication, and community.
JJ was previously the Chief of Staff to Dropbox’s Global SVP of Revenue, managing day to day operations of the revenue organization and strategic projects. Prior to that, she built Dropbox’s first sales productivity team, scaling sales training, onboarding, tools, and operations from a small sales team in San Francisco to over 100 reps worldwide. JJ also consults early startups on building their first sales playbook, company onboarding and training programs, sales culture and incentives, as well as community building. She will be meeting with member companies to discuss:
- setting up sales ops
- best practices in internal sales metrics/tracking
- activities, channels, and processes for early stages
