As a hobbyist developer, and as someone whose been on both the sales and sales ops side of an org, he understands the need to design elegant processes, systems and tooling for those tackling the funnel.
Nicolas Draca, CMO HackerRank: Nicolas Draca is the Marketing Faculty Chair at Heavybit and CMO at HackerRank where he leads marketing strategy and growth to further establish the company as the leading technical assessment platform. Draca is a proven marketing and demand generation executive with over twenty years of experience scaling some of the world’s most recognizable and beloved brands, including Twilio, LinkedIn and Infoblox. He has patented a methodfor companies to measure the value of marketing initiatives on sales deals and has received industry awards for his contributions to the marketing landscape.
Andrea Echstenkamper, Director of Marketing LaunchDarkly: Andrea Echstenkamper is Director of Marketing, Community & Ecosystem at LaunchDarkly where she leads the company’s events, AR/PR and partner marketing functions. In the past she was Senior Director of Demand Generation at Hazelcast and Marketing Manager at the New Yorker. Andrea specializes in building scalable revenue engines for early stage companies. She is one of LaunchDarkly’s first employees pre-product/market fit and has helped scale the company from a 5-person team, to a company serving billions of feature requests daily.
