BIO: Tugce Erten is the Director of Pricing Strategy at PagerDuty where she helps the pricing strategy team develop and propose new pricing changes including bundling, add-ons, and subscription billing. In the past, she was the Senior Strategy Manager at Atlassian where she led the pricing team in the biggest SaaS pricing level and structure change in the company’s history.
